Salon Policies
All new clients must book their first appointment online through Vagaro. You must read and complete the client waiver.


We do NOT accept credit cards. We accept Cash, Venmo, and Cash App as payment.


Please do not bring your children or pets to your appointment. This restriction serves both safety and hygiene concerns.

All appointment confirmations are sent via text or e-mail. Please honor your appointment.

If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time or you will be charged a $50 fee before booking your next appointment.

While there is no separate fee for late arrivals the length of your appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.

Refill appointments shall be booked 1-4 weeks apart, any appointment scheduled 4 weeks from the previous appointment will be booked and charged as a full set appointment.

Refunds are not given for allergic reactions however we will remove the lashes free of charge.

All eyelash adhesives contain cyanoacrylate a common cause of allergic reactions.

Clients with less than 30% retention of their eyelash extensions may be charged for a full set

Posh Beauty Studios requires an initial consultation appointment for any client who is coming from another eyelash extension salon. It is at the discretion of our lash artists to remove extensions that have not been applied properly. Other salons may not perform to our standard of care, may not have our exceptional level of application, and slash or may not use the same or similar premium products that we apply to achieve our results. All clients coming from other salons will be charged for a 3 week fill.
